Chicken Livers And Mushroom Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 green chilli
- 2 cups chicken livers
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- wraps to serve
Instructions
- Heat oil in frying pan; add onions, mushrooms, garlic and chilli; fry until soft.
- Add livers and curry powder.
- Cook on low heat for 5 – 7 minutes.
- Add cream, coriander and seasoning. Simmer until it reduces in size.
- Serve with wraps.
