Creamy Beef

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons margarine
 - 1 cup cocktail onions
 - 2 cups beef, cut into strips
 - 2 tablespoons dried mixed herbs
 - 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
 - 2 cups (500ml) double cream
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a frying pan, melt the margarine.
 - Add onions, cook for 4-5 minutes.
 - Add beef and herbs and cook for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
 - Add peas and cream, season well and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
 - Serve immediately with rice or another starch of your choosing.
