Ingredients
  • 2 cups lean mince meat
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ cup cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wholemeal bun
  • Lettuce leaves to serve
  • Tomato slice to serve
  • Onion, sliced
  • Cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine minced meat, onions, chillies, garlic, cornflakes, egg and seasonings. Form a small round patty.
  3. Grill patties for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve on a bun, with lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese.
