According to Times Live, Mona’s brand is centered around overall well-being, and she has also opened up about her personal journey of healing after experiencing trauma.

She acknowledges that healing can be painful but urges people not to let that deter them from making positive changes in their lives.

She suggests giving up alcohol, adopting a healthier diet, engaging in physical activity, and utilizing tools such as prayer and journaling.

Mona encourages individuals to confront their own issues and take the necessary steps towards healing, saying that it is a journey rather than a destination.
