WATCH: Lady shares a secret to kill belly fat

Having belly fat can be one of the reasons one can have low self-confidence and shy away from a certain types of fashion.

While we are fast approaching the winter season, a lot will happen in terms of keeping ourselves warm, which can result in us taking in food that is not good for our bodies. Many people will use this season to fetch their summer bodies so that when the winter ends, they can rock whatever they want without feeling insecure about their bodies.

If you are a person struggling with body fat, a TikToker @Sinah_thobile shares products that helped her loose belly fat. In one of the videos, she shares that she is now a distributor of the product which started as a hobby.

Sinah uses turmeric, cinnamon, garlic, ginger and lemon, she starts off by boiling them all together and then crush them so they can form a buster paste.
