You’ve seen celebrity couples such as Ciara and Future, Eva Marcille and Kevin McCall, and many others break up. Regardless of how nasty they parted, the ladies seem to have gracefully moved on, and did a good job at living a happy single life. But how does it feel? It may not be as simple for you, but we are certain these three tips could come in handy and ease things.
ADMIT IT LIKE CIARA
Most people take forever to get over the person they were with because they have not acknowledged what happened. You are encouraged to be more like Ciara, who admittedly broke things off with her ex-fiancé because he was cheating on her. When you realise that your relationship is not healthy and is not going anywhere, let go!
FEEL IT LIKE ROBIN THICKE
Break ups can be emotionally draining and we are certain this may have been the same for the used-to-be “it couple”, Paula Patton and Robin Thicke. It took time for Robin to let Paula go, even when he was the one that hurt her. Although we do not condone reckless lifestyles, we applaud him for taking time to grieve (even dedicating an entire album to her, with hopes of getting her back). By no means are we saying you should imitate Robin, but encourage you to give yourself time to feel the pain, mourn your loss and do whatever you can to get the break up out of your system.
JUMP UP LIKE EVA MARCILLE
No, not literally! However, the suggestion made here is, like Eva Marcille, you must soon get on with your life. Eva shifted the focus onto herself and her goals, doing modelling shoots, taking care of her daughter and getting into new projects. You too should move on and start concentrating on your happiness.
