Award-winning singer and songwriter Amanda Black debuted her new single, Thandwa Ndim, on Metro FM breakfast show, Fresh Breakfast. This comes fresh off the announcement of her new label Afro Rockstar, and a partnership with Sony Music which will see the release of the single. The star’s new label comes eight months after she left her previous record label, Ambitious Entertainment.

During an interview, Amanda shared that the single was inspired by the surge of gender-based-violence in South Africa.
Thandwa Ndim drops on all major digital music platforms on 1 February 2019.
