World-renowned producer and DJ Black Coffee has raised R 76 000 for the COVID-19 – (coronavirus) Solidarity Fund. The star hosted a free streaming live concert to help raise funds for the fund while also entertaining his fans.

Black Coffee took to social media to express his gratitude for the donations. He said in part; “Blown away by all of the love and generosity following yesterday’s stream. For Home Brewed 001, we were able to raise over 76,000 ZAR towards @solidarityfundrsa.”
Set up by President Cyril Ramaphosa, the Solidarity Fund aims to help the fight against coronavirus via prevention, detection, care and support.
