Hip Hop rapper AKA, responded to the interview that Nicole Nyaba had with Gigi Lamayne on her podcast POV.
Talking to TshisaLive, the rapper said ‘I’m fairly surprised that I’m the topic of discussion that Nicole would choose to be speaking about me especially because I haven’t heard from or spoken to her in over five years’
The couple reportedly dated in 2018 when Nicole confirmed the relationship after months of denying claims.‘He just came to me and said let’s hangout but you know one thing led to another, you know what I mean. I was with him until July you know’
AKA continued to say that he thought Nicole was a sweet girl and that he wished her all the best.
This response comes after Nicole said the rapper ruined her life. ‘ The worst thing about getting involved with him, is that he set my career five years, you understand. There’s certain things I could have accomplished since 2018. Up until now and I couldn’t because he made it very impossible to want to be around people’
The video vixen further expressed that AKA had not only cost her a lot, but she was still dealing with the repercussions of being with him to this day.
‘Till this day people don’t know who I am. Till this day people want to call me names and call me, oh she’s a gold digger. She’s a side chick, she’s a slay queen, she’s a city girl – I’m not about that, I’m a lover, I’m a certified lover , you know what I mean’
