Here is an easy, 1o minutes to make breakfast with minimal ingredients to kick start your day !
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp ofvanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2-3 slices sourdough bread
- Toppings:
- Honey / Maple syrup
- Berries
- Plain yoghurt
Method:
- Mix your eggs, almond milk, protein powder, sweetener, cinnamon and salt in a bowl
- Dip bread in the egg mixture and coat both sides
- Cook on a hot pan on each side for 4-5 minutes or until slightly browned on either side
- Serve warm with fresh berries and yoghurt, drizzle with honey / maple syrup and enjoy!
