South African rapper Mthembeni Ndevu better known as Emtee has offered former Skhanda World artists a deal with his record label.
The news came after the Universal Music South Africa parted ways with Ma-E, Just Bheki & DJ Mr. X.
In an official statement released on Monday, the music companies said:
“This announcement comes after the joint record labels have met and mutually agreed with the artists that they are to be relieved of their contractual commitments to the labels.”
“We would like to wish all of the above-mentioned artists nothing but immense success in their respective careers, may they continue to spread their wings and exceed the limitations of the sky”, they stated.
Reacting to the news, Emtee who is an independent artist and owner of his record label offered to sign them.
Emtee replied to statements on social media, saying: “Come to Emtee records.”
