Dumisani Ndlazi also known as “Real Diamond” has faced a lot of backlashes since appearing on The Real Housewives of Durban‘s season 3 alongside his now Ex-girlfriend Nonku Williams.
RD was introduced to the viewers as a man who had serious intentions about the reality tv star, he went as far as gifting her with a car and also asking her to marry him.
He was also introduced as a man who was financially stable and loved showering his lady with gifts. Viewers, however brought up files of a rape case that he was alleged of, and Nonku was judged for allowing an alleged rapist around her teenage daughter.
News started doing the rounds that Dumisani had scammed the mother of three shortly after their short-lived relationship ended.
Dumisani took to his social media to clear the scamming allegations, a pending court case and the rape case that he has been accused of.
Going live on his social media Dumisani said:
“I’ve never scammed Nonku, Nonku and I were in love. She’s never disappointed me, I’ve never disappointed her, I’ve never taken a single cent from her, she also knows this. I was just providing just like a man is supposed to.”
He went on to say that those who work for Nonku would attest to him paying them from his money when there were payment delays from some of the departments that Nonku tenders for.
Dumisani kept on reiterating that he has never scammed Nonku instead he is the one who financially helped her from time to time. He also clapped back at users who asked where the car that was returned to him by Nonku after he gifted her was? He responded by saying, “a car does not stay inside a house, it stays in a garage.”
RD also added that he even helped Nonku for her operation and is still in debt of around R50 000 for the cars he had to hire running her projects when she couldn’t, adding that he was going to sort that debt on his own.
On the rape allegation Dumisani said, “yes, there was a rape case. I went to court; court happened the way it happened, I was acquitted and proven innocent.” He finished off by adding that if the police or anyone else was looking for him he was in Mhlanga and not in hiding.
