When it comes to travelling the world, Miss South Africa 2015 Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni and her hubby former YOTV presenter Dr Musa Mthombeni are no strangers to it!
The couple recently jetted off to New York – again – and shared snippets of their travels with their Instagram followers.
Musa first shared, “New York called again and because we don’t avoid 087/010 numbers we answered with joy in our hearts. This time we’re taking it to the streets and giving you a very CBD experience. As evidenced by the Park Station vibe you see before you, you can see that Musa isn’t scared of anything. It’s giving ‘Khip’iphone your rubber neck.’ To be honest, we only came back because Liesl left her charger last time we were here and she’s emotionally attached to it so… Let’s have a good time! ???.”

Liesl also took to the app to share a vlog of the first few days in the Big Apple, with Musa lending his voice for the voice over. She captioned her post, “VLOG 1 New York City: The Black Coffee Experience! What a great way to kick start our Yizo Yizo the return baba! Take a look at the first couple of days! Let us know what to do/eat/drink next!”

In another post, Musa relayed a public service announcement, writing, “Shut the street down! There’s a potential heist on East 51st street. The two culprits are said to having a CRACKING time and are suspected of the heist after someone PUT ALL THEIR EGGS IN ONE BASKET. Hopefully the pair won’t GET ANY EGG ON THEIR FACES after such a high risk exercise. With that said, I hope you’re all safe yaz. I hate that we are YOLKed with such problems.”

Finally, the couple shared that they dashed off to Brooklyn. “A day out in Brooklyn with the love of my life. ? seeing the world one picturesque location at a time is all I could ask for ?,” wrote a lovestruck Musa.
