What’s a Rugby World Cup victory without the South African scrum half, Faf de Klerk’s famous underwear?!
Faf is known for his key role in the Springboks’ World Cup victory that displayed speed, agility, and playmaking ability.
However, it’s his off-the-field charisma with his flag briefs that gains the 32-year-old the most recognition on social media.
Saturday evening was no exception, in a true Faf celebration, he stripped down in the locker room after South Africa beat New Zealand in the World Cup Final to celebrate.

A video of him surfaced on social media, showing him hugging tennis star, Roger Federer, wearing his national pride underwear.
The video was a humorous reminder of his last celebration act in his undies back in 2019.
South Africans reacted and poked fun at him for being true to his “brand.” “You know it’s a world cup celebration when @fafster09 (Fat) is in his speedo,” said one person in the comment section.
Another supporter reacted with amusement. “We love you Bokke. Thank you so much for all the hard work and effort…we appreciate your reasoning and your effort was magical to watch. What a World Cup.”
Another one said, “and of course Faf greets another Prince (of tennis) in his legendary Mzansi speedo once again.”
While another one made a comment about Roger’s clothes. ” Was so happy to see Roger Federer in the green and gold.”
