The club describes George as a great club man and a gentle giant who was loved by everyone at the club.
It is said that he had two stints with the team after first joining in 2014 from the Zimbabwean club Dynamos; and later returned in 2020 as a backup to Bafana captain Ronwen Williams, Ricardo Goss, and Boalefa Pule.
George, who suffered a heart attack last made an appearance for his club in July, before attempting to get back to his best.
