As the year is about to start it gives you a chance to make decisions and goals on how you will have the best year yet again. Coming from spending time with your loved ones, you can now sit down with yourself and try and decide on the things you would like to achieve by the end of 2024.

Here are 5 New Year’s resolutions that are not are not hard to achieve suggested by Go Skills and Parade:

Learning a new skill

According to Go Skills– website that helps individuals and teams reach their full potential through high quality learning experiences- learning a new skill can be fun and beneficial as a new year resolution,  whether it is learning a new language or taking up a musical instrument. While this can open up new opportunities for you it can help you to stay sharp and engaged.

Saving money

Saving money is one of the common resolutions you can find on anyone’s goals for the next year. Go Skills says that saving money is a difficult resolution to achieve but you should start by setting a specific goal and making a budget to track your spending.

Spending time with your loved ones

The above-mentioned source says that spending time with your loved ones is not only good for your mental health, it can also strengthen your relationship with them and you get to create new memories that will last for a lifetime.

Eating healthy

This is one of the most challenging goals one can set for themselves. According to Parade – a website that offers holiday ideas and inspiration, as well as ways to live more sustainably – in order to achieve this goal you should start with small changes such as adding fruits and vegetables to your diet.

Exercising

Having an exercise routine can help you with your physical and mental health. The above-mentioned source says that you can start up by a 10-15 minute exercise a day and this can help you make a  difference.
