Former music manager and director at The Orchard, a Sony Music Entertainment subsidiary, Nhlamulo Baloyi better known as Lavida Nota is famous for sharing his opinions which do not always sit well with many.
The controversial music director has expressed his views on many sensitive issues getting many people worked up in the process.
He has also had a run in with law officials, making him a social media trending topic for days.
Recently Nota expressed his view on the SABC’s Metro FM’s Ask A Man segment which airs on the Break Away with Khutso Theledi between 10am and 11am.
The show allows for callers to share their relationship issues with the host and the listeners. Somizi Mhlongo and Quinton Masena who are resident advisors then offer the caller their advice.
Clearly not a fan of the segment, Nota called for the public broadcaster to cancel the segment adding that they can’t be discussing relationship problems on a national platform while the country has bigger issues.
“Metro FM needs to replace #AskAMan with #AskAMinister… The public broadcaster can’t be misused to discuss Umjolo when we have bigger fish to fry as a nation!”

Then lose listenership in the process. Meteo FM listeners are more interested in heartbreaks and music than to listen to some 70 year old man/woman is not in touch with current realities of living in the 21st century
