As the new year commences there are a lot of habits you should let go of from the previous year and adapt new habits to ensure that you live a holistic life with positive energy. There are many ways to change those bad habits simply by doing an ins and outs list.

The popular TikTok trend called ‘2024 ins and outs’ replaces the popular new year resolutions trend and focuses on cutting losses with the old bad habits and adopting new habits.

Content creator Sammy whose content focuses on self-care and wellness, posted on her Instagram the things that she is bringing into the new year and habits she is letting go of. This creator strives to ensure that she takes care of her mental health as she makes candles, lotions and bath salts as a way to make people relax.
