It was the Chief in Command of the Economic Freedom Fighters Julius Malema’s birthday recently and many people took time to wish him a good one.
Julius, a former ANC youth league president who later branched out of the ruling party to form his political part that is growing aggressively, celebrated his 43rd birthday.
As the CIC celebrated his day, many people from celebrities to politicians shared messages wishing him a happy birthday.
One of those who took some time to record a message for the politician was former President of the Republic of South Africa, Jacob Zuma. The two politician’s relationship goes way back when JZ, as is often called by others, was still a president and an ANC member, while Julius was a youth league president of the same party.
Both have now left the ANC and went on to form their own parties.
In the video, JZ shared:
“Happy birthday, you are now 43. That is a very good age, in the circumstances in which we are. I want to wish you, happy birthday, and wish you and all of us to change the country this year.
The former president added:
“Whether they like it or not. We must win with two thirds majority, and you will be saying. I got to this level; I was 43. That is a good age, enjoy, do whatever you want.
Motivating Julius to work hard in his election campaign, JZ commented:
“Be ready that we must have our two thirds as a black majority in this country, then we will sort out other things thereafter.”
