Being an introvert is not as bad as people make it out to be. If you identify as an introvert, worry not as this article will provide a list of actions that introverts are better at compared to other people.

Although introverts tend to concentrate on things they wish they had done better, they need to acknowledge their special talents and the positive contributions they make to relationships and the world, where they frequently outperform their extroverted colleagues, says All You Need to Know about Introverts Hub.

The above-mentioned source lists 10 things that introverts are better at doing:

  1. Observation: Introverts are very observant of their surroundings and people, enabling them to notice subtle changes in relationships.
  2. Deliberation: They prefer to carefully consider the implications of decisions before acting.
  3. Independence: Introverts derive their energy from solitude, making activities and projects requiring alone time easier for them.
  4. Listening: Introverts are active listeners, actively listening to everything someone says.
  5. Emotional Intelligence: Introverts understand their emotions and regulate their behaviour.
  6. Counselling: Introverts are skilled at listening and giving great advice, making them ideal for therapists and counsellors.
  7. Conversation: Introverts excel at having meaningful and thought-provoking conversations.
  8. Leadership: Introverts are great leaders due to their thoughtfulness, listening skills, and solid decision-making processes.
  9. Friendship: Introverts are good friends, willing to sacrifice alone time for friends in need.
  10. Self-Care: Introverts are good at self-care, where they require plenty of time alone to recharge.

LinkedIn – a job searching hub – says that although introverts are seen in a negative light by people, they do have certain abilities that make them useful to friends, and family.
