Life as a house arrest detainee seems to be going very well for author and journalist Jackie Phamotse, after it came to light that she is spoken for, as she is allegedly now a married woman.
Jackie was recently a trending topic after she was sentenced to two years house arrest with a fine of R30k for a defamation of character case opened by married couple, Basetsana and Romeo Kumalo for a tweet she shared in 2018, which claimed that Romeo had a sex tape which was captured with a young male celebrity.
According to a statement sent out by the Kumalo matriarch, the cyberbullying caused her family a lot of traumas that led to their move to Cape Town, leaving a home they dearly loved just to protect themselves and their kids from the embarrassment after that emanated from the allegations.

This reminds me of Covid era when people took advantage of lockdown and had low budget weddings with a handful guests. Jackie probably just had a garden wedding in her small backyard and invited 10 people 😅😅
