A video of a man conducting squats and aerobics wearing seven inch heels made its way to social media platform X, an app that was previously known as Twitter, leaving internet users with conflicting views.
Squats are a perfect way to lift, firm and tone the buttocks and thighs, something that many women wish for.
On social media, this form of exercise became extremely popular when aerobics and fitness trainer Nkululeko Dlamini, also known as king of Squats started sharing videos of his squatting sessions with his crew who all had toned buttocks.
The now trending video of fitness trainer Kagiso doing squats in high heels was shared by content creator @Am_Blujay on X, with the caption, “We have a new problem.”
