Human bodies produce a lot of waste from what we eat but has anyone told you that the things you consume daily can cause you to smell bad?
TikTok creator who goes by the username @s.ineva, posted a video where she recommended two products that you need if you suffer from body odour.
In the video, the creator, whose real name Sinenkosi, explains what these products do, The first product she recommended was a Benzacac wash that is usually found at your local stores. She said that you need to use it at night and leave it on your skin for 30 seconds, adding that, when using the product wear old clothes as it will bleach your clothes.
Another skincare hack would be for people who suffer from hyperpigmentation (a skin condition caused by the skin not producing healthy skin cells meaning that you have two skin tones). The creator suggested using R-Lactin to help curb that problem from worsening as it renews your skin and will make it glow.

Many TikTok users thanked the creator for her recommendations, even suggesting what worked for them.
One user said: “For odour, you can also try Perspierx roll-on, it’s used at night once a week.”
Another user commented: “That wash worked perfectly for my underarms.”
One user said: “R-lactin is my fighter I’m used to the smell I use it any time of the day then apply sunscreen I saw a massive improvement after the second bottle.”
