Award-winning singer Makhadzi, real name Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona has been thriving since leaving her former record label One Mic Production to open her self-titled record label Makhadzi Entertainment early last year.
Not only has she bagged many international gigs, but the singer has also won the Best Female Artist award at the Metro FM Awards in April, beating the likes of Tyla, Lwah Ndlunkulu and Kamo Mphela to name a few. She also won in the same category at the MMA in 2023.
Her latest album Mbofholowo is doing amazingly well with banging hits enjoyed by many regardless of age.
Makhadzi is also nominated for a BET award in the category of Best New International Act. She is currently on her way to the US to attend the award ceremony that will be held on Sunday, 30th of June.
Recently Makhadzi expressed joy in announcing that her first album under her label Mbofholowa had gone double platinum.
Taking time to share this with her social media followers she detailed:
“I am happy to announce that, Mbofholowo album is platinum, Letswai gold, Nia Zwifha is platinum, Mapara is multi-platinum, Movie is multi-platinum, Number 1 is double platinum in one month. These are all Makhadzi Entertainment achievements.”
