Former Miss South Africa 2018 and Miss Universe runner-up, Dr. Tamaryn Green-Nxumalo, has achieved another academic milestone by obtaining her Diploma in Child Health.
After being crowned in 2018, she went on to compete in Miss Universe becoming the first runner-up, after Catriona Gray from the Philippines won.
In 2019, she graduated from the University of Cape Town (UCT) as a qualified doctor while holding the title of Miss SA. Tamaryn has always prioritised her education and pursued a medical degree at UCT. She also recently married businessman Ze Nxumalo, who serves as an independent advisor to SA Taxi and is a shareholder of Sebenza WI-FI, a company that provides internet connectivity in taxis.
Taking to her socials, Dr Tamaryn captioned, “Passed my Diploma of Child Health. God is good. Thanks to everyone who kept me company along the way,” adding her overall score stating that she passed.
