Thabiso Molokomme, known for his compelling performances on the hit South African drama series Skeem Saam, is now stepping into the skincare world.
Thabiso ventured into entrepreneurship by founding a skincare company named Ba Kene, showcasing his versatility and entrepreneurial spirit.
Taking to Instagram, Thabiso posted about his new venture stating Ba kene is a skincare brand that shows up for those who don’t just speak about their dreams but those who actively do something in pursuit of them.
“We are on a mission to empower the youth of Africa to embrace their inner greatness through skincare that is not only effective, affordable, and of the highest quality but also inspires confidence and self-discovery,” Thabiso wrote.

In an interview with DailySun, Thabiso shared, “I’ve always been complimented on my skin because I took really great care of it. And as the saying goes, if you’re buying too much of something, rather own it. “I’m not here to judge people and their thinking, so I know there still needs to be a lot of education about skincare and self-care, especially for men. We’re hoping that our company can collaborate with many others to de-stigmatise the idea that taking care of your skin or practising self-love means you are gay,” said Thabiso.
