On top of managing one of the most durable careers South African hip-hop has seen, rap connoisseur K.O, born Ntokozo Mdluli has been proving that he is no one-trick-pony, as the head of Swave, a multipurpose store which houses his Skhanda World clothing line, their own branded ice cream, a sneaker laundry as well as a juice barcocktail.
Since its launch last December, Swave has been a brand to look out for as it epitomises the current streetwear culture that is trending globally. Skhandaworld pieces have become a go-to, particularly for a niche group saturated in the affluent areas of Johannesburg.
Recently, the rapper’s brand took the fashion world by storm once more with a collaboration with Studio88 to bring the Skhandaworld SS24 collection, it described as a collection with “Bold tones, dope fits and the cleanest silhouettes.”
Taking to Instagram, the ‘SETE’ hit-maker shared a glimpse of the launch, which included a fashion show to showcase the exciting, vibrant collection that caters to the kids as well, in true style. He also revealed that the collection would be available to shop at Studio88 branded outlets.
“A time was had izolo. @skhandaworld SS24 Collection is for the whole family! Available now @studio88_branded outlets countrywide.”

The event was swarming with familiar faces who came to support the rapper, who has continued to find innovative and authentic ways to express his creativity. Like anything K.O. puts his magic touch on, the Skhandaworld collection is worth checking out, particularly for those who are into streetwear and trendy styles.
