Cookies and Cream Parfaits
Cookies and cream parfaits are a delicious dessert packed with layers of thick chocolate pudding, cream, and crumbled Oreo cookies. It makes the perfect Easter dessert as it is easy to make with only three ingredients and is sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients
- 1 Packet of Oreos, crushed
- 250ml Cream, chilled
- 1 Packet of instant chocolate pudding
Method
- Make the chocolate pudding according to the package directions and let it set.
- Add 12 Oreo cookies in a zip lock bag and crush them using a rolling pin until the Oreos are crumbs. Place them in a small bowl and set aside.
- Add cream to a separate bowl, using a hand mixer whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add a little of the crushed Oreos to the whipped cream, and fold together with a spatula until well combined.
- Fill a piping bag with chocolate pudding and another piping bag with the cream mixture.
- Pipe into a glass a layer of chocolate pudding, whipped cream, crushed cookies and repeat layers.
- Top with whole Oreo and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour. ENJOY!
Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups castor sugar
- 1 cup butter
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cake flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1½ tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup buttermilk (make your own by adding 1 tbsp of vinegar to a cup of milk and letting it sit for 30 min)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1½ tbsp red food colour
Preparation
- To cut on preparation time, put each ingredient in a bowl, e.g. salt in a bowl, cocoa powder in a bowl, etc.
- Preheat the oven to 160°С.
Method
- In a clean bowl, add sugar, butter, oil and vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Add eggs. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Add to the butter mixture.
- Add buttermilk and vinegar.
- Mix well. Add red food colour.
- Bake at 160°С until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
