DJ Zinhle is making moves! The music mogul and businesswoman has thrown her support behind ‘Big Brother Mzansi’ season 5 winner Sweet Guluva (Akhonamathemba Mbele) and even hinted at a potential collaboration.
In a TikTok video, DJ Zinhle revealed that she reached out to Bongiwe Zwane, Sweet Guluva’s mother, to discuss how she could support the rising star.
Fun fact? She and Bongiwe went to school together! “I’m so proud of you guys, Sweet Guluva Nation,” she said, hyping up his loyal fanbase.
DJ Zinhle also made it clear that plans are already in motion to help him make the most of his big win.

In an exclusive interview with Bona, Sweet Guluva opened up about his ‘Big Brother’ journey, admitting he just wanted a shot at showcasing his talents – even if it meant staying only two weeks. “God and the BBM fans kept me in until the last day, and I’m so grateful,” he said.
The 23-year-old student, who walked away with a cool R2 million, has big dreams beyond reality TV. “I would like to venture into music, be it Amapiano, Gqom, or Hip Hop because I was a rapper when I was young. I would also like to try radio and TV presenting,” he shared.
And what about his relationship with former housemate Ash-Ley Ogle? Well, for now, he’s keeping that under wraps but promised to spill the tea in the near future.
For those who need a refresher, Ash-Ley was one of season 5’s standout personalities before getting the boot on Day 29. Her abrupt exit didn’t stop her from securing a solid fanbase, though.
With DJ Zinhle in his corner and major ambitions on the horizon, Sweet Guluva’s star is only going to shine brighter from here!
