With TV presenter and radio personality Bonang Matheba as the MC, the South African fruit-flavoured alcoholic beverage Brutal Fruit Spritzer gathered crowds in the picturesque city of Cape Town to unveil exciting news at its signature Pink Table event.
The event took on a nostalgic tone as attendees reflected on Bonang’s history with the brand—she was the face of Brutal Fruit Spritzer 15 years ago, making her presence all the more special.
The event was held in the beautiful scenic landscapes near Cape Town, surrounded by beautiful mountains and well-kept trees with a dam as a backdrop. Welcoming drinks and snacks as starters were served while walking into the beautiful venue draped in pink cloth to celebrate the sisterhood, long-lasting bonds and togetherness.
The Pink Table is where women inspire one another, where meaningful, shapeshifting and powerful conversations take place. Recently, the refreshing beverage sat down with prolific personalities that include the iconic musician and actress, Thembi Seete, actresses such as Siphesihle Ndaba, Simphiwe Ngema, radio host and actress, Thando ‘Thabooty’ Thabethe and Luthando ‘Lootlove’ Shosha, among others. Alongside influencers such as Zuki Lamani, Vicky Jonas and Jessica Mashaba.
Lined up to entertain the crowd were Miss OG, DJ Fiflaa, Ami Faku, DJ Kent and Dr Nokugcina Mhlophe.
BONA was honoured with an invitation to sit at The Pink Table, where uplifting conversations took place, and indulged in a hearty meal and refreshing drinks. The Pink Table is not just an event; it is a movement and a project about empowerment, but most of all, it is a global celebration.
From Cape Town, The Pink Table will move to Johannesburg, then fly to UK, China, Brazil but before that, the moment that we have all been waiting for, that led us to travel to the intimate Brutal Fruit lunch in the luxurious Cavalli Estate in Somerset was to hear that the worldwide movement that elevates shared moments with Brutal Fruit Spritzer which is The Pink Table, will be in Paris Fashion Week 2025.
