Ingredients
  • 4-5 cups penne pasta, cooked according to packet instructions
  • 5 cups (1 litre) double cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup yellow cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream and cheeses.
  3. Add the pasta and seasoning.
  4. Spoon the pasta mixture into a greased oven dish.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
