Beans & Sardines Salad

Ingredients
- Handful watercress
- 2 can butter beans, drained
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 radishes, sliced
- Handful fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 2 can sardines, cleaned
- 2 large nectarine, sliced
- 4 tablespoons (60ml) olive oil to serve
Instructions
- Use a salad plate to arrange watercress, beans, onion, radishes and coriander. Season well.
- Carefully place avocado, sardines and nectarine slices around the plate.
- Drizzle olive oil and serve.
