Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- ½ cup castor sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups self-raising flour, sifted
- ½ cup (125ml) milk
- 2 cans of pineapple, chopped (do not drain)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180?C.
- In a bowl, cream the margarine and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and beat gently.
- Fold in the flour and milk.
- In a cake dish, place all the contents of the cans of pineapple (including the syrup in which they are canned).
- Pour your batter over the pineapples.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold.
