We share the hit list of celebrities who have taken their brand further than their careers and added perfumes to the mix. From international stars like Rihanna to our very own T-bo Touch, here are the scents to look out for…
Rihanna
Songstress Riri has always been a wild card when it comes to her music and fashion. She took us on a 360-degree turn when she announced her fragrance RiRi by Rihanna, which will be on the shelf soon. The supporting image and bottle seems sweet, calm and very ladylike. You go girl, we can’t wait to try it out!
T-Bo Touch
The radio personality has always been a go-getter, and this time he channels his work into a fragrance – for women. Touch Femme Exquisitely Feminine is the name to look for and is available in SA and Botswana.
Nonhle Thema
It’s no secret Nonhle has lived and done what most still have on their bucket lists. The actress has launched her limited edition Precious Ivy. “When I was in LA filming my reality show part of the story line was to pursue my acting and fragrance dream that is where the perfume was initially born. Upon coming back to SA, it took me over a year to turn my dream into reality as I did my the fragrance all by myself from scratch. This is because I didn’t want to wait for another company to give me an endorsement – I wanted to create my own business and a fragrance that is a true reflection of who I really am.” – Nonhle.
Connie Ferguson
Connie is an inspiring businesswoman, actress and producer, among other things. To top it all, in 2008 she branched into the beauty industry with True Self by Connie Ferguson.
Beyoncé
Love her or hate her, Beyoncé will always stay on top and no list is complete without her. The songstress has released a few fragrances under her name to cater for every woman’s needs. Rise by Beyonce is one of our favourite on the shelf.
