Serves: 5-6
- 1 roll short pastry
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup castor sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
2. Roll out pastry. Place onto greased baking tray.
3. Place berries and sprinkle with sugar. Nicely fold in excess pastry.
4. Brush with egg and bake for 30minutes or light golden.
5. Serve warm.
