• 4 tuna steaks
• 4 tablespoons (60ml) oil
• 4 tablespoons (60ml) thick soya sauce
• 1 tablespoon marmalade jam
• 1 tablespoon ground coriander seeds
• 1 tablespoon sesame seed
• Pepper to season
• Avocado salad to serve
1. In a bowl, combine oil, soya, jam, coriander and sesame seeds.Season with pepper.
2. Soak tuna steaks in the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Heat a grill pan and place tuna. Grill for 2–3 minutes each side.
4. Serve with avocado salad.
