Don’t let your leftover food go to waste – turn them into something delicious and tasteful the following day.

Serves: 3–4
- 2 cups roasted pork, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) oil
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 thumb-size fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1 fresh red chilli, deseeded and sliced
- 4 tablespoons (60ml) thick soya sauce
- 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- Handful fresh coriander, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Wraps, for serving
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry garlic and ginger for 3–4 minutes on medium heat.
- Add curry paste, chilli and sauces. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add pork and coriander. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with wraps.
