Pizza Dough
Prep time: 45 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4–5
Ingredients
- 4 cups cake flour
- ½ cup castor sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 10g instant yeast
- 1½ cups (375ml) warm water
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) oil
Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Slowly add water and oil. Mix to form a soft dough.
2. Transfer onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes or until well combined. Cover with a kitchen cloth for about 45 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.

3. Gently knead for another 10–15 minutes.
4. Divide in half, and roll out with a rolling pin until thin size. Transfer onto a floured baking tray.

5. Top with sauce and topping of your choice. Bake for 10–15 minutes.
6. Enjoy hot.
