2. Use the inside of a banana peel. Snack on a banana then use the peel to get pearly whites. Rub the inside of the banana peel over your teeth for about two minutes. The potassium, magnesium and manganese in the peel will be absorbed by your teeth, whitening them.
3. Reach for the activated charcoal. Dip a clean, wet toothbrush into powdered activated charcoal and brush in small, gentle circles for two minutes. Spit out and rinse your mouth thoroughly. Activated charcoal is highly absorbent and removes toxins and stains.
