I was born and raised in the small town of Graskop, Mpumalanga. I grew up in a musical family, and started singing when I was six years old. When I was 12, I started playing the piano. I later taught myself to play bass guitar and drums. This helped train me to hear different sounds of music.

Music is my therapy. It is my escape away to create the type of world I would like to live in. This is also why I always sing about joy and love because those are the two most important things in my life.
My debut album, Feels so Good, has been in the works for about four years. It’s been a long journey, and my fans will feel it in the quality of the music. The songs are mature, and focus on where I am in my life – a husband and new father. I collaborated with artists such as Kid X and Ab Crazy. I also produced a few songs on the album.

Being featured on a song with Black Motion was a huge highlight for me. It was very encouraging for me to sing on Joy Joy. It showed me that I still had a lot to contribute to the music industry. I am excited about that, and am looking forward to performing around the country and sharing music with as many people as I can.
