Ciara’s bae, Russell Wilson threw her a surprise birthday party over the weekend and it looks like it was a blast.

The I Bet singer turned 30 yesterday and stars like Beyoncé, Serena Williams ad Kelly Rowland showed up in some crazy Halloween costumes to celebrate the occasion.
