Across the seas in international celebville the streets of New York have been abuzz with all things couture and fashionable as designers set the runways ablaze during NYFW (New York Fashion Week). We spotted a few of our favourites looking fierce and fabulous on the red carpet.

We love the new image Nicki is showing us lately. She gave us a lesson on how to show cleavage the right way in a black A-line dress with a plunging neckline. Never being one to go unnoticed Nicki finished off her look in high fashion embellished heels.

Angela gave us edgy glam as she rocked the somewhat daring lace up heel trend with class and style. These shoes have been spotted all over the international scene and we can’t wait to see how some of our very own local celebs rock the trend.

Jhud’s new motto should be “thin is in” as all we seem to be getting from her these days is skin, skin and more skin. We understand that she is loving her new body but we must say that there’s never anything wrong with leaving something to the imagination.

Joan was a kaleidoscope of colour in this pop art inspired outfit. Not a look that everyone can pull off but she has given us the confidence to try it out (even if it’s just once)
Keke Palmer
The statement tee and pencil skirt were a great combo but we definitely would have picked another shoe option. Keke is young and fresh but those shoes had a certain granny element to them that we just weren’t feeling.

Mary was monochrome magic in a simple and feminine outfit. She looked age appropriate and beautiful. Nice one Mary!!
Naomi Campbell
Can you say FASHION ICON!! Naomi shone like a well-polished jewel in a sequinned dress. She proved that age ain’t nothing but a number and showed us up and coming fashionista’s how to really pull off perfection.
Rihanna
Guess it’s pretty safe to say that Rihanna can do no wrong in our eyes. Every outfit she’s been spotted in is something we wish was in our wardrobe from the babydoll white dress to the hot pink mini skirt. Rihanna is fashion inspiration personified.
