Writing is the foundation of my career paths. I believe it is a calling because it’s the string that binds everything that I do together. I love writing because it gives me the freedom to express the lightness and darkness in my life.
I grew up in a home where my father played beautiful music. As a child I fell in love with his taste for old soul and jazz. As I grew older, I discovered hip-hop and RnB which influenced my musical journey.

Creating and listening to music is the closest thing to feeling God’s presence. It’s everything to me and I wouldn’t choose to live without it. My new neo-soul album titled All Things Red explores romance, and the different stages of love and femicide. I’m grateful that I collaborated with my friends Khuli Chana and Nothende to name a few. I poured my heart and soul into each song which is why I don’t have a favourite.
This album is free because it’s my way of giving back to the people that appreciate my music. My music career continues to be showered with love, and I wanted to show my gratitude to my audiences by allowing them to download it for free here.
