I will say perfect steak, because I once tried and failed to master.

Definitely good food and cleanliness of the restaurant.

I know it will sound funny, but do you eat vegetables?
Yes, I am healthy conscious. I eat them a lots but definitely my meat too.
Which ingredient do you think is the most challenging to work with?
Truffles, I once tasted in my omelette in France it was divine. But every time if I tried making my own omelette using truffle it doesn’t taste the same.
