Many will remember her from that infamous episode of Come Dine With Me South Africa, but now Puleng Mash Spies is reintroducing herself alongside other housewives: Aime Sadie, Sorisha Naidoo, Christie Swanepoel and Nazley Delport.
These women will be opening up their homes and lives to show us what it takes to be a housewife in the city of gold.
Self proclaimed queen of Dainfern Puleng says we should expect real stories and no rehearsed scripts. Unlike their international counterparts, this one promises no messy fights and endless bickering. “It will be a top notch production- presented in a classy way,” says Puleng.
Aime Sadie, a businesswoman and mother, says she’s looking forward to sharing her life story as a recovering alcoholic, and hopes that South Africans get to relate to the hardships shared by real women in South Africa through the show.
The producer of the show, Archie Tigere, says it can’t confirm which channel will air the programme. But the company says it’s confident viewers will fall in love with the housewives when it airs in January.
