Thebe Magugu wins International Fashion Showcase 2019

Fashion designer Thebe Magugu won the International Fashion Showcase 2019 at London Fashion Week.  The up-and-coming designer competed alongside 15 designers from all over the world. The judging panel praised his work calling him “a leader of his generation.” They also described his installation as “not only has striking visual impact but real clarity. It is a space which gives a sense of past, present and a bright future for Thebe and his country.” Thebe took to social media to share his excitement.

The showcase was established in 2012 as a platform for emerging fashion designers from all over the world to exhibit their work during London Fashion Week.
