Whitney Houston and Chaka Khan nominated for 2020 Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame

Award-winning musicians Whitney Houston and Rufus featuring Chaka Khan have been nominated for the 2020 Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame.  Artists are only eligible for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25 years after the release of their first album or single. This is also the first time Whitney has been nominated while Rufus featuring Chaka Khan have been nominated three times.

The join fellow nominee The Notorious B.I.G. who is the second solo Hip Hop act to be inducted into the Hall of Fame after Tupac Shakur in 2017.
