COMPETITION RULES: 1. By entering the Caivil Durban July Experience competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below. 2. This competition is run by Marico South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Employees of MARICO SA, and any associated companies and their immediate families or any person having direct involvement with the devising and distribution of this competition or any involvement with the company’s product and services and such person’s immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 3. This competition is limited to adults 18 years and older who are legal residents of South Africa at the time of the promotion, with the exception of adults who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa. 3.1. No persons under the age of 18 are allowed to enter this competition. 4. This competition starts 01 May 2015 and ends on the 14th of June 2015. 5. How to enter: 5.1. Buy any Caivil product 5.2. Dial 120*1865*and enter the last 4 digits of your barcode followed by # then press your call button. 5.3. Entry costs 20c / 20 seconds as per USSD Entry. No free or bundled SMS’s apply. 6. Entry to the competition is via SMS only. No late entries will be considered. A CLI can only win airtime once in a 7 day period. The prize shall consist of the following:11.1. Flights to Durban (not relevant for winners within KwaZulu Natal). The dates, times and locations of the flights will be at the discretion of Marico SA.11.2. Additional transport costs incurred will be at the cost of the winner11.6. A VIP ticket to a marquee. The marquee shall be at the discretion of Marico SA.12. The Durban July experience presented to the winner may differ from the image used in advertising materials.13. The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash.14. The decision of Marico SA is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 15. Marico SA and associated agents and prize sponsors shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by winners or any third party as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to participation in this competition. 16. All entrants, by entering, accept that their entries will become the property of MARICO SA. 17. Any prizes not claimed within 48 hours will be forfeited in its entirety and is non-negotiable. If Marico SA (Pty) LTD is unable to contact the chosen winners within 48 hours of the applicable draw, Marico SA (Pty) reserves the right to disqualify such winners and draw new winners. 18. Five (5) winners will be selected in total: 18.1. Five winners will be drawn between the 15th of June and the 19th of June 2015, and each winner will receive a Durban July experience for themselves and a partner. 18.2. Winners will be selected by means of a random draw, 18.3. Should anything happen to the winner and/or his or her other party members during the Durban July experience, Marico SA will not be held responsible, as the winner accepts the prize at their own risk. 18.4. If the winner wishes to extend their stay, this will be at his or her own cost and not of Marico SA. 18.5. The five winners will be contacted telephonically between 15 June and 19 June 2015. Should the winner not respond to a telephone call within 48hours with all details that need to be submitted, the person will forfeit their winnings and the prize will go to a runner up. 18.6. The five winners will need to submit proof of identity in the form of an identity document/ passport/ driver’s licence and till slip as proof of purchase before they redeem the prize. 19. Marico SA is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted. 20. The prize is not transferable. No substitution, cash redemption or assignment of the prize is permitted, but the organisers of the competition reserve the right to substitute the prizes with one of comparable value for any reason. Prizes will under no circumstances be handed over to a third party and will only be handed or transferred directly to the verified prize winner. 21. By entering this competition you authorise Marico SA and the promoter, to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes. You are entitled to decline any marketing communication. 22. The winner or participants may be required to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes.
