- These terms and conditions contain certain terms and conditions which (i) may limit the risk or liability of Brandhouse Beverages (Pty) Ltd (“Brandhouse” or the “promoter”) or a third party, (ii) may create risk or liability for the participant; and/or (iii) may compel the participant to indemnify Brandhouse or a third party; and/or (iv) may be an acknowledgement of any fact by the participant.

- All participants must be over the age of 18 years old on the date of entry. Winners will be required to exhibit valid identity documents as proof of their age.\
- To enter the competition and stand a chance of winning a pair of tickets to Lira’s Album Launch on Friday 08 April (the “prize”), entrants must answer the question of “An iconic Album Launch best enjoyed with an iconic blend. Which JOHNNIE WALKER® is made from whiskies aged for a minimum of 12 years and embodies an unmistakably smooth, deep & complex character?” A person may only enter the competition once.
- All entry comments will be screened to ensure that they are socially responsible, and Brandhouse and/or its agency reserves the right to remove or delete any posts that are not, in their discretion, deemed to be socially responsible.
- The winners will be selected, at random, between the two posts for those who answer the question correctly. Each winner will be able to bring a partner to the album launch. Such partners must be over the age of 18 years old on the date of the album launch.
- Winners will be selected by Brandhouse and its agency at their discretion, and will be notified by phone call on Thursday 07 April 2016, where they will be requested to send a certified copy of their identity documents and their contact details to arrange delivery of the tickets.
- If the winners do not send their contact details to the promoter, or confirm their attendance, by Thursday 07 April, they will forfeit their prize, and a runner up will be picked by Brandhouse and its agency.
- By entering the competition, all participants accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The prize is not transferable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item.
- Under no circumstances shall the promoter be liable to anyone who enters this promotion, for any direct or consequential loss howsoever arising which may be suffered in relation to the prize, whether as a result of any negligent act or omission or any default on the part of the promoter or otherwise.
- The winners may be required to take part in publicity and participation in the competition is conditional upon agreement to take part in such publicity.
