After reports of production stopping due to payment delays, 7de Laan fans can breathe a sigh of relief after new reports state that production will resume on Thursday.
On 4 September, entertainment commentator Phil Mphela shared that production for the show came to a halt due to non-payments. “Ahead of the expected ending of the SABC soapie in December, production has abruptly stopped and the production company cites non-payment from the broadcaster to meet its obligations and salaries to cast and crew. This could put the proper ending of the show in jeopardy.”
